We design the project and price it in parallel, so the design is grounded in real construction cost. You get a detailed, fixed-scope proposal — no vague allowances that balloon later.

Permits & engineering
We prepare drawings, handle any structural and wind-load engineering, and manage permits, Florida Building Code compliance, and plan review across your city or county building department. You never deal with the counter.

Walkthrough & handoff
