Pinellas County is Florida's most densely built peninsula — and one of its most varied remodeling markets. Hillsborough County spans two very different remodeling worlds: the historic core of Tampa — Hyde Park bungalows, Seminole Heights craftsman homes, and South Tampa's waterfront — and the fast-growing eastern and southern suburbs of Brandon, Riverview, Valrico, and Apollo Beach, where master-planned subdivisions invite kitchen, bath, and lanai-focused remodels.

Pasco County is Tampa Bay's growth frontier. New master-planned communities in Wesley Chapel and Land O' Lakes have turned former ranchland into some of the region's hottest housing, while west Pasco's New Port Richey holds older, Gulf-adjacent homes and a revitalized historic downtown — two very different remodeling markets in one county.

Manatee County holds two of the strongest remodeling markets on Florida's Gulf Coast, side by side. Bradenton carries some of the oldest housing stock in the region — 1950s–1970s concrete-block ranches with original galley kitchens and compact baths — while Lakewood Ranch, the country's best-selling master-planned community, has quietly aged into remodel territory: its first villages were built in the late 1990s, and those builder-grade kitchens are now more than two decades old.

Sarasota County is the southern anchor of our service territory and one of Florida's most design-literate remodeling markets. The city of Sarasota carries a nationally known legacy of mid-century homes — 1950s–60s block ranches with terrazzo floors and Florida rooms in neighborhoods like South Gate and Gulf Gate — alongside barrier-island condos and the 1990s–2000s homes of Palmer Ranch now reaching their first full remodel cycle. Venice, one of Florida's oldest-skewing cities, adds steady demand for aging-in-place bath conversions and retiree kitchen refreshes.
